Banyan Drive Water Line Break Slows Traffic

Hawaii County Police issued an alert at 10 a.m. Wednesday about a broken water line on Banyan Drive fronting Reed’s Bay, near the Hilo Seaside Hotel. One lane is open, but motorists should avoid the area if possible.
