The Kona Crime Prevention Officer of the Year Celebration will be at the King Kamehameha Kona Beach Hotel on Wednesday, September 12 at 11:30 a.m.
The officers for each month will be honored and the officer of the year will be announced.
The public is invited. Reservations are needed by this Friday, September 7, 2012.
The cost of the event is $35; parking in the lot with validation is $2.
