The St. James’ Circle Christmas Bazaar will be held on Saturday, November 3rd, 2012 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. St James Episcopal Church, Waimea Country School and Small World Preschool collaborate to create a favorite community event, which features  a huge Christmas Store and Boutique, alongside baked goods and preserves, food  booths, and plant sale. A perfect occasion to shop for unique holiday presents for family and friends!

Proceeds of the Bazaar will be shared between the Food Pantry at Annunciation Church, the Kokua Ministry (of New Hope Church), and the St. James outreach ministries.

The main Christmas Store will be held in the Church, and will offer hundreds of  items from antiques to artwork, ornaments to soaps. The St. James’ Prayer Shawl  Ministry will sell handmade seasonal table runners, shawls, aprons, pot holders,  placemats and napkins.  This year the Bake Shop will be in the old church office building across from the church, and will feature much-prized goodies such as chutneys, jellies, jams, cowboy cookies, fudge, muffins, cupcakes and cakes – The Poppy Seed Cakes and Bundt Cakes are special favorites!  Small World Preschool will be offering Face Painting, a Rummage Sale and Hawaiian Plates outside their school in the back of the Circle. Waimea Country School will also provide a fresh food option.

The St. James’ food booths will be outdoors in  front of the church, offering Spam Musubi, Cone Sushi, Teri Beef Sticks, Teri Chicken Sticks, and Filipino favorites Cascaron and Banana Lumpia.  The Plant Sale will be in a tent next to the food booth on the front lawn, and will also include a range of fresh produce.  Parking and entrance to the Bazaar is free. Christmas music will fill the air!
