The East Hawaii Hiroshima Kenjin Kai presented two $1,000 scholarships to Hilo High School seniors Kayla Ongais and Jamie Ouye for their excellence in academic, co-curricular and extracurricular achievements. The EHHKK scholarship awards were presented on May 10, 2012 at the Hilo High School Senior Awards Assembly by President Delbert Nishimoto.
