An important Pahoa community gathering this Saturday, March 24, at 3:00 p.m. will launch the Pahoa Regional Town Center Plan (“the Pahoa Plan”) and a Community Input Survey. “The Pahoa Plan” will be part of the overall, already-approved Puna Community Development Plans. The County General Plan in 2005 included provisions for individual communities to customize the plans for their areas.
