From Hawaii Police Department: Big Island police have charged a Puna man who was arrested Wednesday (April 6) for a stabbing on March 25 at Glenwood Park. At 3:05 p.m. Friday (April 8), detectives from the Area I Criminal Investigations Section charged 50-year-old Richard Broyles with first-degree assault and attempted second-degree murder. He is being held at the Hilo police cellblock in lieu of $250,000 bail. He was the subject of a manhunt on the island before being arrested.

From Hawaii Police Department: Big Island police are looking for a 50-year-old Mountain View man wanted for allegedly stabbing a 46-year-old Volcano man in Kurtistown on March 25, 2011. On March 25, 2011 at about 1:20 pm, Puna patrol officers responded to a report of an assault victim at the Kurtistown Park off of Route 11. Police and Fire Department Rescue personnel discovered that the 46-year-old victim sustained a stab wound to his chest.
